God: We believe that there is only one true living God, existing in three persons; the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Each is a distinct Person, but they are all of one essence; they all have the same nature, perfection and attributes, and each is worthy of precisely the same worship, confidence and obedience.

 

Jesus Christ: We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary; that shed His blood on Calvary in our Place, was buried, rose again and ascended to the Father, according to the Scriptures.

 

Holy Spirit: We believe that the Holy Spirit is the Third person of the Trinity – God and coexistent with the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit is the chief in regeneration of the Soul, the Chief Convictor of Sin and the Chief Comforter of the believer. Simultaneous with regeneration, the Holy Spirit baptizes the believer into the Body of Christ, the Holy Spirit permanently indwells himself in him and seals himself in salvation for all eternity. The Holy Spirit is the giver of Spiritual Gifts to the Believer.

 

Man: We believe that man is a direct creation of God. The body, soul and spirit. Therefore man is not in any was a result of evolution but is made in God’s own image and likeness. The sin of Adam and Eve resulted in the fall of creation and mankind, both spiritually and physically.

 

Salvation: We believe that Sin is a rebellion against God, His Honor and Holiness. The only way sin could (can) be removed was by a PERFECT Sacrifice and Christ provided the sacrifice at Calvary. In order to be saved, one must repent, believe and obey the gospel (St. Johns 3:3, 16; Romans 10:13-15; Ephesians 2:8) this directly affects one’s will, intellect and emotion. If any man be in Christ he is a new creation (II Corinthians 5:17)

 

The Church: We believe that the Church is composed of all such persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the Body of Christ which he is the head.

 

Baptism and Communion: We believe that the Water Baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as their personal Savior. This is a testimony of Death to Sin and Resurrection to a new life. The Lord’s Supper & Feet Washing is a memorial service setting forth in sacred and symbolic manner the death of the Lord Jesus Christ. True Believers and Only Believers should share in this sacred & symbolic manner.
